My bad, nothing to do with Fly Tampa's VHHX.

When you install this scenery make sure you de-activate AES for the Thomas Kwong VHHH first.
That is what caused the double Jetways.

Figured it out while looking around the Airport and sae the AES guideance systems hovering over some gates.

Check your UT2 files to see if there ios a duplicate AFCAD somewhere.
Looking at your shot, I'd be fairly sure that's your problem with the parking.
