I've been "evaluating" Detroit a few days ago... I can tell you that it won't be the next release tho, i want to work on something a little "smaller" first.

Well I must say that you are the brightest beacon in the US scenery market!
Simflyers are ok, but still lower quality in terms of textures...
You make scenery that really looks real.

The US has actually been forgotten quite a bit! If it wasn't for Simflyers there would only have been the biggest airports and nothing else...

But the US is packed with busy airports, so compared to Europe the FS world is really dry when it comes to US airport scenery...

I would think middle size if I were you...
Although there are some major airports that has not been done, a guy here mentioned Detroit, which is also a very good suggestiong.

I would love to also see a nice scenery of the hawaiian airports or Alaskan.

But realistically...

Here is my wish list...

Kansas City, Seattle, Oakland, SFO, SAN, Salt Lake City, MSP, BOS, Charlotte, Baltimore, Orlando MCO, Orlando Sanford, ST Louis, New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, San Jose, Key West, Idianaopolis, Cleveland/Hopkins INTL, Birmingham, Daytona Beach INTL, Denver
, Duluth INTL, Jacksonville INTL, Norfolk, West Palm Beach, PDX Portland INTL, Pittsburgh INTL, Raleigh Durham, Anchorage INTL, Kahului Intl, Kona Intl., Lihue Intl.

Now Flytampa guys, don't say WOW, this is what I think is missing in FS and if you look at Europe with UK2000, GAP, AUS AP, SPA AP, Canarie Islands, Scandinavian AP and so on you see we have Europe covered almost, with all the intriguing and special airports like Gibraltar and Funchal, there are a lot of interesting airports in the US, architectural masterpieces or simply just interesting construction work, what ever it might be, it could be interesting to have in FS...

So I do this not only because I think FS is half with out these airports, but also because I know how few free choices in your work can be frustrating, so here is a bunch of choices

Boaz...

Thanks for your thoughts. Several of the mentioned airports are under consideration for further projects, one of them being developed already.

The reason the USA isn't well covered with commercial scenery addons when compared to europe is because the "market" is smaller.... which of course doesn't sound right, but indeed seems to be the case.

Burbank, Sacremento, San Diego, Tuscon, Houston Hobby, Dallas Love Field, New Orleans.

Any of the smaller airports that Southwest uses are not to large.

Let me first say that I am really enjoying your airports. I downloaded MIA and fell in love with it so much I downloaded TIA right away. I been flying back and forth between the two airports and loving every minute of landing and departing.

If you are looking for ideas on a project, I thing the next should be Orlando, in keeping with the theme of your projects. Maybe have Orlando and also offer a bundle with Orlando plus an upgrade to Disney and Executive. Or you could do Epot's small airport instead of Executive. I think the latter would be alot of fun for vacation flying.

But what ever you decide, I am sure I will be buying it. Thanks again for your great projects. Keep up the good work.

Hi Martin,

Don't worry, CA is big, there are other interesting things and LAX wasn't on my mind.

Well, that's a pity but I still vote for a KLAX scenery from you as the the one from the other well known designers are "something like" KLAX but do not give me the feeling of being there like the Tampa airport does. So a KLAX in the quality of KTPA would be a sensation!

Even it won't be next I hope sometime in the future....

Thanks Bodo. Consider that this LAX you're talking about is already a little aged so of course I agree it could use a makeover soon. When I'm finished with my current project, I'll in fact be on the "lookout" again because I don't have any specific "list" of airports I'm working on. Basically after every release I'm in "limbo" for a few days and totally open for all sort of ideas.

However, if possible I'll be also looking more into medium sized airports because they are much "smoother" to work with seeing that the methods I'm using now are best suited for medium airfields (talking about the ground techniques here). MIA was on the edge of the workable size, much bigger than that and I'd need some more Gigs of Ram I guess ;)

I think KDAB would be a good idea. I was thinking about doing my own version. Daytona is the home of Embry-Riddle, one of the leading aviation/tech schools in the united states.
