Sunken Aircraft Wheels

Postby United001 » Sat Jan 15, 2005 12:37 pm

Greetings,
I have tried both demos of Tampa and Miami. I love your stuff, but.... all of my Ultimate Traffic aircraft have there wheels 1/2 way sunk into the tarmac. I have seen other postings in this forum about this issue, but I do not see a fix. Has this been fixed at these airports. I am ready to buy the whole lot of your product, but am afraid that my AI planes will all be sunken!

United001,

see my post in the thread about sunken wheels (Aerosoft version). I used the freeware tool JABBgl to change the base altitude of KMIA. Problem (er, which should not have been there in first place, cough, cough...) solved.

Yes, JABBGL modifies the bgls in the standard FS9 world secenery, as it is the altitudes in these bgls that usually have priority over addon sceneries.

You should keep a backup file of your original bgl, though - just in case you delete your thrid party scenery, install new ones etc.
