The 1.2 patch should fix that. If it doesn't install, either turn the airport vehicle slider off, or remove AFX_22FJ_flytampa_aiship.BGL... which will also kill the animated ships.

They go away with the airport vehicle slider at minimum

At this moment I can only show some fs9 pictures from last year, as I'll have to find the correct settings for this neat scenery. But 2 is better than zero, isn't it. Here it is, a little "Before vs After" comparison:

Well, I am a little speechless. I finally dared to install the fsx version. And you may say it, fs9 or fsx, which one is the better choice? This is the fsx version. >>

Amd Radeon 6750 with 2048 Megabyte ddr3 video memory. That means, this video card adds 2 Gigabyte of memory to your system, and these 2 GB are only used by the video processing unit on this video card.

E.g. you have 4 Gigabyte main RAM on your mainboard. You can add 2 GB of pure video memory, so you have 6 GB of hardware memory in your system.

But fsx is a monster, as I'm not tired to repeat since 4 years. Without any problem, you can also use
Amd Radeon 6850 with 2048 Megabyte gddr5 video memory.

I prefer one of these two, but only in combination with a fast high-end cpu with 4 cores! You can use 6750 or 6850 also with a smaller cpu, but you can trust my experience in Compatibility for Personal Computers, you'll definitely regret using a 6750 (or faster) with a small cpu.

So, an "SR71-Style" cpu is MUCH more important than a fast video card.
