i have all ready asked about this in another forum but they confused me with all this stuff they wanted me to do so im hoping someone here has an idea of what i should do.
this is my problem i recently purchased a product (REX 2.0) from the FS pilot shop. when i tried to open the file after waiting forever for it to download this message popped up

windows cant open folder
the compressed (zipped) folder C:\users\owner\desktop\REX20Full-2.zip`is invalid

and if i try to extract the files it says the compressed zipped folder is empty

is this a common problem?

i dont have a clue what to do and i am sorry im on flytampa`s forum but this is my last resort someone please help me.

You should probably contact the FSPilotShop or the REX developers for help. I can't give much advice other than to try re-downloading or using an alternate piece of software to extract the archive (e.g. 7-Zip).

7 zip is what confused me there is too Much going on with that I'm not grate with computers. I contacted Rex on there forum and I did not get much support it's probably fspilotshops fault I will contact them but if any one else has any suggestions on what to do please help thanks
