FLYTAMPA - MAARTEN COMPLETE Box FS9 Problem

Hi,
my AI-Traffic WOAI,land in the water,or the Boeing 747-400 Corsair,KLM,Air France ,fly over the Airport TNCM,the AI-Aircraft 747 have 11000feet and can not land on the airport.
I search for the Afcad from AVSIM
filename: afcad-files_flymarten.zip / by Ernst Kamuschke
,but AVSIM is closed.
Other problem is,the AI-Traffic fly in the hill by the airport TFFJ.
I hope can help me and sorry for my bad english,im from germany and my english is not so good.
