ILS doesn't mean that the approach course has to be aligned perfectly with the runway heading.
The maximum offset for an ILS is around 5°. Is this offset higher the approach has to be renamed to "localizer (DME) approach".
And the runway 15R in KBOS has an offset according to actual charts. This offset is 1,6° so George is right and you should start reading charts.
In real an offset means no autoland capability
In FS this limitation doesn't exist, so every try landing on an offset loc runway with a/p on will end up everywhere but not on the runway.
