I try to attempt a ILS approach to 15R with a 151 heading but it is not alingned with the runway. the aircraft lands 5 degrees to the right.
Anyone have this same problem?
Is there a patch for this?

The heading alignment is correct, but the localizer centerline is offset about 200 ft to the left, and runs through the glideslope antenna, not the localizer antenna located off the approach end of ILS 15R. This is easily demonstrated/verified in slew mode. User's can't fly the ILS to the 250 ft minima without an unrealistically large maneuver over the approach lights. Can't you fix the .bgl ?
