Ground photo display problem in P3Dv4

Ground photo P3D 4.5 not showing within a circle radius of aircraft. No conflicting scenery. Airport just installed and P3Dv4 patch applied.

Its probably a mesh scenery or Orbx region. Have you tried their exclusion tool?

All LGAV Orbx Vector files are disabled. I have free mesh X and Orbx OpenLC Europe. Is there an altitude file or another afcad I can try that has different elevations thank you
