You have to modify Afcad to make it work in FSX.
Now with FS9 afcad you only see transparent taxiways etc.
You need to make taxiways to visible. It's not so nice to look, but it works, you also need to remove trees, the buildings will work fine.
And remove the cars, and taxilines, and lights poles, and runway numbers, and edge lighting, and then just recreate the whole scenery and it works great!! Probably not a good idea to challenge the developer of the scenery on his own project. The final word really is don't waste your money on a scenery that was not designed for FSX. If you chance it you won't be able to get support on problems that come up from the developer.
