Processor is an Intel core 2 duo E4500 2.20 GHz
RAM is 2.00 GB
and my OS is Vista home premium.
Im new to this, so I probably left enough out.
Another thing is, my BOS does the same thing as SFO....but my SAN is fine.

I guess it could be that but I don't know why. Is there a newer video driver for your card?

It's likely the graphics adapter. I'm guessing you aren't using any sort of "updated" card, but just the onboard graphics that came with the computer. The integrated Intel graphics adapters are notorious for being less than stellar, especially when trying to run graphics intensive apps like FS or any of the "first-person-shooters."

Best bet is to get a separate video card (either nVidia or ATI) and see how things improve.

Ya I noticed that my computer wouldnt play Call of Duty because it was unable to run certain thing. I plan on upgrading to an Nvidia 8800gts in the near future, Does that one sound any good?

Concur. Just make sure you get 512meg or better. Anything less will give you stutters.
