The scenery won't load

Hello, after selecting my aircraft i launch the flight but the loading stops always at 88% and then the game begin to stop responding.
I'm on vista 32, 4gb ram, 9800gt card graphic, i've also tryed to load it without DX10 but still won't load it, if somebody can help me it will be great :wink:
Oh and my version purchased is FSX Fly Tampa St Maarten 1.1, thanks.
