Hi Martin,

Wow, so fast. Thanks for your effort!

In FS9 (with the FS9 patch), I'm still seeing 09/27 on the runway. I've tried disabling the scenery, then re-adding it, making sure it's set to use directly, etc. and no joy.

Any ideas?

Hello,

I bought this awesome addon yesterday, and i'm really satisfied :D

But I have a question : does it include this texture update or do I need to download and install it by myself ?

Thanks for the good work, and fly safe :P

Hi,

I have a question regarding the 10/28 fix. Is this fix also for FS9? As far as I can see, the .ZIP-file doesn't include an AFCAD for FS9.

If you'll notice, there is one zip file for FS9 and one for FSX. You kinda have to download the correct one.

I think this is due to the browser interpreting the html code.

Anyway, the .ZIP-file still doesn't include an updated AFCAD reflecting the "new" runway numbers.

I know this is not a primary issue, but I'm also using addon's that are reading info from the AFCAD (FSCommander, Radar Contact, FS Flight Keeper).

Just to be sure, this only updates the runway itselve?

NOT the taxisigns?

Only 1 end of the runway is updated with new texture

Postby Chris Catalano » Tue Mar 30, 2010 12:58 am

Hi Everyone:

Can someone tell me what I did wrong - I (think) I installed the updated 10/28 texture, but for some reason, it only updated the beach side (RWY 9). RWY 9 has successfully become RWY 10, but the other end of the runway still says 27 on it, and to further confuse things, it looks like it tried to fix the texture and become RWY 28, because also at the far end is a # 2 on the runway (the first digit of the 28), but the second digit (8) is missing. In short, at the far end, it now has two designations - 27, and "2" (the first digit of the new designation of 28. Anyone have any ideas?
