I agree, and while it wouldn't be hard for me to automatically change not only the default.xml but also copies and backups of it, this seems rather dangerous and perhaps too intrusive when I think about it.

Good evening

FTX is a scenery by ORBX called Full Terrain X covering Australia. It has nothing to do with the Grenadines scenery.
I do also own the FTX SP3 package and don't have any problems (so far). In my case, the FTX is always ON.

I have a small problem at TVSM: When I start a flight at this airport, I don't have any problems. But then I made a short flight from TGPZ to TVSM with my Piper Saratoga and after landing I recognized that some parts of the runway were flickering (if requested I could make a screenshot).

Anyway, it's a GREAT ADDON. Thank you very much Martin and FlyTampa!

I have seen this happen, but generally it shouldn't happen with a regular flight at normal speed.

Setting the Mesh sliders higher under FSX settings should cure it altogether.
