Does v2 feature (besides the new gate numbers) the new runway headings and ILS courses for both runways? (1deg less)

No, rotating a whole airport that has already been build is harder then it sounds.

Not sure what you mean about the ILS.

Well, the airport didn't rotate it's just due to the change in variation that all 'headings' are one deg less
QFU for runway 29 is now 293 instead of 294 and hence the ILS course changed as well from 294 to 293.
Same for runway 34.
When I started flying in and out of Vienna Runway 29 used to be Runway 30....man am I old..... :-(
