Hi guys!

I've downoladed the Upgrade-Version. I own a german Box-version of Fly Tampa Vienna. So I also got a valid key. But it seems that the installer is not accepting that key.

Can anybody help me here? I'm a littlebit confused. Because I own a valid version of your product, why can't I get the Upgrade?

The Upgrade does not work with the Aerosoft box product's serials.

I will issue a refund on your order now.

Okay, thank you for the refund and the fast service! And thank you for changing that on the Purchase-page. I'm very sure yesterday there wasn't something to read about that Aerosoft-thing. Only that you need a valid serial-key.

But allow me one more question:
Will there be an upgrade-version for the Aerosoft-Box? Or is it sure right now that Box-Customers can't use the Upgrade-service?

The online upgrades you find here will never work with the Aerosoft box product for 2 reasons.

One I do not know their Serial numbers and therefore cannot verify the users & two the box product belongs to Aerosoft so only Aerosoft can legally upgrade it.

I do provide the V.2 files to Aerosoft so they can offer an upgrade and/or make a new Box. It just takes a while to put it all togehter. Best is to ask Aerosoft next week.
