Problem! Really need help =(

I recently bought FlyTampa's St Maarten. But once istalled i went to test it out and it was perfect, everything worked. But when i went on the next day, when i started, my aircraft sunk below the runway and several plants and house at the right have sunk. The airport at the left was ok but the rest was terrible. Please help!!

Is this in FS9 or FSX?
Sunken aircraft or objects is usually related to another TNCM scenery somewhere in the system, see here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2247 (1st in the list).
