Static A340 Olympic planes

Postby Er!k » Wed Aug 03, 2011 12:52 pm

Just watching Airliners.net and I see their A340-300 are stored on the Zulu taxiway:

George, could you add them to the scenery (maybe optional, together with the other statics)???

Good evening,

The 340s of Olympic Airlines, are not always parked at taxiway Z. They move them around to do occasional run-ups and some checks.

I decided to skip the old birds because I suspect they are only going to be there temporarily. A third party is welcome to add them.

I have a completed bgl that adds the four A340 as static aircraft. I'm just waiting to hear back from one of the guys with The Fruit Stand about using their model/paint for distribution here.

Four Airbus of the old Olympic have been SOLD

The four planes after the closure of the old Olympic had passed the property of the Ministry of Finance in 2009

After tender passed into the hands of the company Apollo Aviation Group. The Interministerial Committee for Restructuring and Privatization approved the attached draft contract and authorized the Minister of Finance to sign them. The response from the financial advisor was in accordance with the opinion of counsel to the State.
