All of the program (FSX) loads, then i get a message that a fatal error has occured. This did not happen with other Fly Tampa products. Any help?

All airports are affected and FSX keeps trying to restart, i let it but it did not help the problem

Toooo many times (this making 3) I have had to contact support. This is not to say I do not HIGHLY recomend this package. It is the best I have seen since Maarten. But I have contacted the support team in an effort to aquire a refund. If anyone knows a fix, do please post as I would rather have the product than my money back. THANKS

try removing this file & see if it loads...

I keep getting an error message even after the file is removed.

This is happing while trying to load one of the Grenadines Airports? Or just while FSX loads?

Try disabling your AI Planes to see if a rouge flightplan is causing a crash. Also, try a different time of day or season.

If this is happening when you start FSX, before you even select an airport:

Go into FSX/Autogen/

Restore the files

AutogenDescriptions.spb(before_FlyTampa_Grenadines)
default.xml(before_FlyTampa_Grenadines)

Taking away the "(before_FlyTampa_Grenadines)".

Check if FSX will now load at all.

It does not happen when i run FSX, it happens when i choose the airport, click on "fly now", And its 100%, And then "boom" fatal error.. ( Already fixed it a bit, be putting down me graphics & deleting some add-ons ), But it still keeps happening 1/3 time

You did delete the file Addon Scenery/FlyTampa-Grenadines/scenery/Traffic_flytampa_aiship_22SC.bgl
and it still crashes, even when you set AI/GA to sliders to zero prior to loading?

O yes what i forget:
During the installation, It sad: error loading default.xml or something like that ×_×

Have you checked the FSX/Autogen/ folder and restored those backups? Or don't have those backup files at all?

I do have the autogendescriptions.spb (before_flytampa) but the default.xml failed during the installation ( i had a error from it ) btw, how do i backup it?

I had a quick look at your default.xml. I see no errors in it.

What happens when you load a flight at a nearby island, for example TVSV with a default FSX Cessna?

Check that you have the mesh file installed:

FSX/Addon Scenery/FlyTampa-Grenadines/scenery/mustique_mesh.bgl

Also, in the FSX Display settings, make sure the Mesh resolution slider is set to the right.
