Minimum hardware requirements for TP Athens

What are the minimum hardware requirements to run TP Athens at an acceptable fps of about 20 fps?

Try the Tampa demo in the downloads section. Athens runs a little bit faster than that.
You can also disable various features like the volumetric grass & gain a substantial fps boost.
