Ground textures disappear at night

My chicago midway ground textures disappear at night however the terminals and jetways are still there i have tried to reinstall the scenery but it still is just this grey monotonous color it even covers the ground lights is there any way I can fix this :?

running DX10 Preview? If so, you'll have to turn it off.

man that was quick!
would you happen to know how to shut off DX10 preview for all i know i am most likely running it :D
