I ordered Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago but never got my serial number via Email. How can I recover this as I am trying to upgrade the Las Vegas Scenery with the latest patch.

Not sure why but it is not showing up. I checked my Spam folders and nothing is blocked.

Its best if you send us an email requesting a new installer, like described on the bottom of this page
