ICAO Game with the lovely Leslie

I hardly ever fly in the Caribbean on the simulator because it looks and feels nothing like the Caribbean. In a perfect world, I would at lease like to see islands from USVI down to Trinidad covered...but that may be a huge undertaking.
If flytampa did a caribbean package I dont think anyone else would even attempt to do it. They would really make some $ on a package like that.
It was done in the past for FS2002 and then ported to FS9. It is called Islands of the Caribbean. I beta tested that scenery although it is pretty outdated to today's standards of scenery design. Looking at these pictures, I already see a dramatic difference.

I agree, and I'm sure there are simmers from each island that would be willing to supply pictures, such as myself.

The only such packages I know are Aerosoft Islands of the West Indies(which does not cover the enite Caribbean) and the Tropicalsim sceneries which are sold seperate.

Matter of 1-2 weeks max. This one has been finished for quite some time and I'm well into my next project
2 weeks from that post is now. Can't wait!
Any caribbean scenery that is available is very out of date, especially the IWI package. TropicalSim has some nice airports but the airport doesnt make the package worthwhile..its all about the unique terrain that makes flying in the Caribbean challenging and fun. That's something i think only Flytampa can do.

Agreed, I'd love to see Jamaica, Cuba and Grenada done especially if even for FSX only.

Alright can we ban him or something? Must you turn every thread you read into a request, either directly or indirectly.
What part of they don't do requests don't you understand?

Only in Hawaii or the Caribbeans my FSX is reasonable...so I end up flying around St. Martins...so this is good. I have more places to fly around these parts.
FSX looks awesome in these areas.
Yeah, I have a Quad Core with pretty good specs and it still doesn't run FSX well. Hopefully it won't be too long until the technology needed for FSX becomes more affordable.
