Do you have "ground scenery shadows" enabled? If you do, turning it off might solve the problem.

Try enabling "force mipmaps" in your graphic card settings.

If he has Acceleration installed, he has SP2.

I think you just have to delete the FlyTampa folder in the add-on scenery folder. Hope this helps
