FlyTampa LOWW no Rwy Lights

Hello Community.
I have a problem with the rwy lights on LOWW. I see the Papi lights and the taxi lights. How can fixed that, that i see the rwy lights ?!

how? have the same problem after updating to P3D v4.5 HF2.
