A question, the runway lights will be like the ones at Dubai?

The only reason I have not bought Dubai, I have seen it on a friends PC,is that the runway lights are very dim during the night and can not be seen from distance. Unlike LGAV which are just perfect. If Montreal is again with the same runway lights I will pass
