Issues with taxiway lights and runway lights at YYZ

The taxiway lights/runway lights at YYZ in V5 are almost not existent, hard to see, too dim.

Is there any solution to this?

Almost like the airport reduced cost to save money on lighting while compromising safety.

I have the same issue. I can't post links being a noob here, but there is a post on this forum regarding a different set of files you can use. It helps a bit but still could be improved. Do a search for post title:
Toronto Taxi Sign Lighting

and hopefully you can find it. I know it's an old topic, but others may want to know as well.
