Just wondered if there was a way to improve the Dubai Airport Night Lighting to match the standards that was in the Boston Freeware Airport Scenery released a few years back.

Not without redrawing, redoing or updating the scenery. This won't happen in the near future.

I don't think that the airport's night lighting is not up to the required standard. You haven't visited their terminal 3. Do visit it and then tell us how do u feel about that.
