FS9 FT Montreal Runway not aligned

I did FMC setup from PMDG 747-400 plane Departure at KPBG runway 17 and Arrive to CYUL runway 06L.
From ND I see the Departure runway 17 misaligned to takeoff and arriving offset as pictured. Tried also with Level-D and same problem. Tried departure runway 35 and still. What am I missing?

That's not our scenery. It looks like the stock scenery.
