Kai tak for x plane 12

Hi,

After recently purchasing the Felis 747 and loving it, I’ve become an xplane convert. To fly the 747 classic into a quality Kai Tak would really compliment this product. Any scope or for developing this addon? Is the xplane market just too small ?
